Introduction

Our services & bot, ran by ("VerCord", "We", "Us", "Our") will all be located under the vercord.xyz domain. This is the only domain we will use so please make sure that when using VerCord, you are using our original services. Please take some time to review our Terms & Conditions page ("Terms", "Guidelines", "Rules") so you are at a full agreement of what we expect from you when using our services. Alongside that, we are obligated to enforce given rules to ensure our bot and services run correctly and are reliable for everyone.

Age Requirement

We require you to be 13+ years of age to use VerCord as it's enforced by Discord themselves. We don't want to run into any issues with Discord so we enforce this rule heavily in order to keep our services up and running.

Copies

We are greatly serious about dealing with copies and will do what's needed to take care of said copies. We created VerCord 100% authentically and don't want to deal nor see any copies of our bot / services. Please keep in mind that taking inspiration is different then copying.

Bot Reliability

We are not responsible / reliable for actions that arise in which are outside of our abilities to control. VerCord is strictly a verification bot, meaning we focus on keeping your server and members safe through verification. We are not reliable for situations that come up that aren't specifically related to verification.

Monetization

We developed / created VerCord to be 100% free to use for everyone. We will not ask you to pay for additional features as all of our features are free to use. Alongside this, using VerCord, our assets. services, etc., to earn money is strictly against our guidelines.

Premium & Pro Partnership Systems

If you scam/try to scam us by underpaying for the premium/pro partnership system, we are completely able to deny your payment and refund the amount you paid. Please keep in mind an accidental underpay is not against our Terms of Service and is open for a free refund of said payment.

Prohibited Use Of Our Service(s)

You are prohibited from using our services / bot for:

1 - Illegal / unlawful actions

2 - Promoting false or misleading information

3 - Harassment, assault or bullying others

4 - Impersonating us / our team

5 - Bypassing our Terms of Conditions

6 - Scamming or phishing other users

7 - Using our services to earn money

Document Changes

We have all rights to edit this document whenever needed without permission from our community. Alongside that, we will ensure everything knows of said changes to the document so everyone is on the same page and doesn't feel left out.

Punishments

In order to enforce these rules and conditions, we've implemented punishments for people who don't follow the rules. These punishments will vary depending on: which rule you break, how bad the situation is, how it impacted others, etc. Please take note you can appeal the punishment depending on the punishment you receive.

Here is a list of the punishments you may receive when failing to follow our rules: (Please not that these punishments may not be in order)

1 - Given a global warning / strike

2 - Being removed from our official support server

3 - Having VerCord be removed from your server

4 - Being reported to Discord

5 - Getting your username added to our suspicious / malicious user database

Document Acceptance

Upon reading this document, you agree to follow all rules / conditions and are aware that failing to do so will lead into punishments being placed on your account or username.
